Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli is seriously interested in signing Giacomo Raspadori this summer and reports suggest Federico Chiesa could be sent to Napoli in exchange.

The Bianconeri are planning some sweeping changes in the summer transfer window as they look to revitalise the squad, keen to provide Thiago Motta with the right players to help him close the gap to Inter and Milan.

Chiesa finds himself in a strange spot with Juventus; the winger has just 12 months left on his contract with the club and contract renewal talks haven’t progressed particularly well, leaving his future shrouded in doubt ahead of the summer transfer window.

Chiesa swap with Raspadori?

Il Mattino via TMW details how Juventus want to rejuvenate their frontline this summer and have set their sights on Raspadori, who has grown frustrated with life in the Campania capital. His tactical flexibility has convinced Giuntoli that he could be a strong fit for the squad in Turin.

In an attempt to lower the costs of a deal, the Old Lady could look to send Chiesa south to the Campania capital. Antonio Conte is a big fan of the Italian winger and would welcome him in the squad.

  1. ADL make this happen. Raspadori has been mostly ineffective at napoli and Chiesa would add some much needed creativity to the squad.
