Juventus striker Moise Kean has pulled out of the Italy squad for the Under-21 European Championship.
The tournament is set to run from July 21 to July 8.
Coach Paolo Nicolato had named an initial 28-man squad, that would be whittled down to 23 for the competition in Georgia and Romania.
It looks as if one decision has been made for him, because Kean left the training camp today due to an undisclosed issue.
Italy are in Group D with France, Norway and Switzerland and the format of the competition sees the top two from each group go through to the quarter-finals.
