Paulo Dybala and Alvaro Morata are among the Juventus stars who took to social media to cheer Federico Chiesa up after he was ruled out until the end of the season with a serious knee injury.

The Bianconeri confirmed Chiesa will have to undergo surgery after suffering an ACL tear, so the 24-year-old won’t return to action before 2022-23.

Juventus immediately shared a message for their star on social media writing “Forza, Fede,” and sharing a picture of the former Fiorentina star celebrating a goal.

The same pic was used by many of his teammates who have also sent messages to Chiesa.

“Day after day, I am always by your side,” wrote Federico Bernardeschi on Instagram.

“Get well soon,” added Alvaro Morata, while Mattia De Sciglio said: “We are always by your side.”

“I know it’s a painful moment, but I send you strength at this moment and I am looking forward to seeing you on the pitch again,” wrote Paulo Dybala.

Italy national team also sent a message to Chiesa on social media, wishing him a speedy recovery.

  1. I know yesterdays match was emotional and I too was delighted but I was thinking long term amd tempered my excitement. This injury is bad.

  2. Not great news for the WC play off either – Chiesa is a threat. Will Italy be a little blunt without him?

  3. Worst news for Azzurri, Lost the biggest threat for crucial paly offs. Things doesn’t look straight forwards. biggest blame to Allegri for risking newly back from injury player. Reminds me Zaniolo!!!
