Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic was officially named Lega Serie A Player of the Month for January, his second time winning the award.

The 24-year-old Serbian forward was on fire for the Bianconeri in the first month of the new year, scoring six goals and providing one assist across their four league matches. His vein of good form, if maintained, could prove crucial in the title race with Inter this season.

Vlahovic previously won the Lega Serie A Player of the Month award back in December 2021, when he netted four goals and provided one assist across four league matches for Fiorentina.

Lega Serie A confirmed today that Vlahovic had been named Player of the Month for January, having shined with Juventus in their wins over Sassuolo, Lecce and Salernitana.

The Serbian striker has now become one of three to win the award with two different teams, joining Hakan Calhanoglu and Paulo Dybala in the exclusive club.

Vlahovic has scored 12 goals and provided two assists in 1420 minutes of action across 21 Serie A games this season.
