According to reports in Italy, Paulo Dybala’s house in Turin was robbed on Tuesday night, while the Juventus striker was not at home.

Dybala is currently out of action with a muscle injury, so he didn’t join his team in Russia where the Old Lady faced Zenit on Wednesday night.

However, neither the Argentinean striker nor his partner Oriana Sabatini was at home when their house was burgled between Tuesday and Wednesday.

According to multiple reports in Italy, a security guard who is usually patrolling the area around Dybala’s home gave the alarm when he saw suspicious movements inside the property.

However, the burglars managed to leave the house with the loot, which, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport could consist of Dybala’s collection of watches.

It’s not the first time burglars target Juventus players in their homes in Turin.

Back in January, Weston McKennie’s home was robbed during Juventus’ Coppa Italia clash against SPAL.

In the past, both Mauro Camoranesi and Claudio Marchisio faced similar experiences with the former central midfielder who was at home with his family when the thieves broke in.

  1. Thankfully nobody was hurt. Not sure what the point of a security system/guard is if they don’t prevent burglaries or at least put enough of a deterrent in place.
