Federico Chiesa thanks everybody for the messages of support and ensures he will return to the pitch soon.

The 24-year-old has been ruled out for the rest of the season with an ACL tear which he sustained in the first half of Juventus‘ away clash against Roma.

‘Come on little brother,’ Juventus stars send Chiesa messages after knee injury

Chiesa underwent medical examination at the J Medical this morning, where he arrived accompanied by his father and agent Enrico.

A lot of his teammates have sent him messages through social media and Chiesa has now broken the silence with a message on Instagram.

“Thank you very much to all for the support messages. See you soon, on the pitch,” the former Fiorentina star wrote.

How will Juventus and Italy replace Chiesa?

Many fellow footballers replied to Chiesa’s post including Roma star Nicolò Zaniolo and former Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic.

Chiesa has scored four goals and delivered four assists in 18 appearances across all competitions this season.

His injury means he will also miss Italy’s World Cup play-offs against North Macedonia in March.

  1. Honestly this is really bad news for Juve , Serie A , and the Azzurri .

I am a Milan fan but I love this kid and we need him on the National Team!

    Get well !`

  2. Terrible to hear. As an Inter fan, Chiesa is the one player I genuinely like, in their squad. Luckily there is almost a full year to go before the World Cup. Best wishes in your recovery, Federico.

  3. The pitch???

So it had nothing to do with the contact by the 2 English hacks?
The first by Smalling and the second by the exotic one with the fancy name?

The poor boy is out between 6-9? What a diagrace.
