According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus have recently met Italian intermediaries for Bologna midfielder Lewis Ferguson, but the Old Lady will listen to offers for Matias Soulé and Federico Chiesa in the summer.
The Biaconeri are preparing to strengthen their squad for 2024-25, when they hope to play Champions League football.
However, a report from La Gazzetta dello Sport on Tuesday confirms the Serie A giants must sell some of their players to balance the books and boost their transfer budget.
According to the pink paper, Juventus will listen to offers for both Chiesa and Soulé, who is currently on loan at Frosinone, where he has scored ten goals this season. Their future at the Allianz Stadium depends on the offers Juventus will receive.
Chiesa’s contract expires in June 2025, and although Juventus still hope to extend his stay until 2026, an offer of at least €40m would probably convince the Bianconeri to sell the 26-year-old who has been linked with a move to Liverpool. Chiesa’s agent has recently met the Bianconeri and was at the Allianz Stadium to watch a 3-2 victory over Frosinone on Sunday.
Other Juventus players have an uncertain future. First and foremost Adrien Rabiot, whose contract runs out in June.
At the same time, according to Gazzetta, the top Juventus targets in attack and midfield and the potential replacements of departing players are Teun Koopmeiners (Atalanta), Lewis Ferguson (Bologna), Albert Gudmundsson (Genoa) and Felipe Anderson, who also has a contract expiring in June at Lazio.
According to the report, Juventus have already met Italian intermediaries for Bologna midfielder Ferguson and are preparing a summit with the Scotland international’s agent Bill McMurdo.
At the same time, the Old Lady keep monitoring Georgiy Sudakov (Shakhtar), Lazar Samardzic (Udinese) and Ederson (Atalanta).
