Juventus are considering Paul Pogba’s return, but the best offer they can make for the Manchester United star is €10m per season.

Pogba already walked out of Old Trafford as a free agent in 2012 and is ready to do it again next summer as the France star seems unlikely to extend his stay at the club.

Juventus target Pogba drops Man Utd exit hint

“This year, it is dead, we won’t win anything. Whether it’s with Manchester or at another club, I want to win trophies,” he told Le Figaro last week.

Juventus are one of the options on the table for Pogba who still has many friends at the club and in the city of Turin. He would not reunite with one of his closest buddies, Paulo Dybala, who will leave the Allianz Stadium at the end of his contract in June.

That’s one of the reasons why Juventus could make a potentially convincing offer to Pogba, even if the Frenchman would need to take a pay cut to return to his former club. The club would use the Growth Decree to get a tax discount on the player’s gross salary. Pogba currently gets circa €15m per season at Old Trafford.

According to Calciomercato.com, Juventus can’t afford to pay more than €10m wages for the 29-year-old. That’s as much as they had agreed with Dybala at the end of 2021. Pogba scored 34 goals in 178 games during his spell in Turin. He has managed just five goals more in 229 appearances with Manchester United.

16 thought on “Juventus set maximum wage for Pogba”
  1. His current wage is 15M GBP. Would he settle for 10M EUR? I doubt it. More likely PSG can offer him more and to his satisfaction.

  2. The should have done this years ago and kept him alongside Dybala to win trophies.
yet they sold him for cash and brought him Higuain xD
    such a joke management

  3. he is utter garbage, injury prone, downs tools when the going gets tough, IS 29 now, and his agent is a fat idiot

  4. Guys relax , Do you ever think Pogba to resign for Juve who are hopeless in every aspect and Broke club.

  5. Totally overrated and LAZY. If he had put in 50% more effort he wouldn’t have wasted 5 years at United. I have supported United 65 years and never have seen such a lazy and totally over paid player. Sir Alex didn’t let Pogba go for nothing. On his wages he should have been star player every every week. We all know the aanswer now.

  6. Supply and Demand with him and Dybala. In the post Covid environment after their last injury filled seasons, they are dreaming if they will be making the wages they were projected to make 3 years ago.

  7. Why offer him that? What does he do apart from his hair? Mans not gonna get that anywhere even PSG have brains

  8. A calciomercato non story. Totally made up. Fake news! You can’t just make up a story and then attack Juve’s management for silly moves like this… They’re not bringing Pogba back.
