Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic continued working separately on Thursday but will partially return to group training on Friday, Football Italia understands.

The Serbia international suffered a muscle injury during a 1-0 loss over Inter on Sunday and has been training separately since.

Vlahovic continued training separately from his teammates on Thursday morning but is expected to partially return to the group tomorrow, Football Italia understands.

This means Massimiliano Allegri can still hope to have the 24-year-old available for Monday’s Serie A game against Udinese, even if according to Sky Sport Italia, the best-case scenario will see Vlahovic start on the bench.

Juventus players who were not involved at San Siro on Sunday played a friendly game behind closed doors against Serie D side Chisola on Thursday, while the others regularly trained on the pitch.

Vlahovic has scored 12 goals in 21 Serie A games this season. His contract at the Allianz Stadium runs out in June 2026.
