La Gazzetta dello Sport has reported that, despite late interest from Inter, the anticipated deal for Argentine youngster Dybala is going smoothly.

Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini is understood to want to press a sale in order to fund his club’s summer transfer activity and the switch could be finalised on July 1.

The newspaper also believes that Uruguayan international Cavani wants a move to the Old Lady and that a four-year deal worth €7.5m per season has been agreed.

However, a stumbling block is the French club’s €55m valuation of the striker and Juve also face competition from Atletico Madrid, who have made contact with Cavani’s brother and agent.
