Juventus are prepared to pounce for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and are planning to submit an official offer to Lazio in January, reports suggest.

The 27-year-old Serbian midfielder has continued impressing this season under Maurizio Sarri, scoring five goals and providing seven assists in 20 appearances across Serie A and the Europa League. Milinkovic-Savic’s contract expires with Lazio in 2024 and his entourage have put a hold on talks until after the World Cup, leaving things open in January.

As detailed by TMW, Juventus have decided to make the lunge for Milinkovic-Savic in January and are ready to offer €50m plus add-ons to Lazio for his signature.

It may be hard for them to convince Claudio Lotito, however, as he noted today that he was unbothered that the Juventus fans applauded the Serbian midfielder in their recent clash and that his price tag was still €100m.

The Bianconeri have long been interested in the 27-year-old and now are hoping to finally get their man.

  1. He should speak with his compatriot and see the single digits and 2 touches per game. Better to get that move to a bigger club in England.
