Juventus are paying close attention to the chaos surrounding Chelsea as they plan a possible double move for Jorginho and Emerson Palmieri.

The West London side cannot make any transfer market moves currently but things will change in the coming months after the British government find a buyer to replace Roman Abramovich. It’s likely that the new owners would need to lower the overall wage bill a little, considering that debt-free money will no longer be pumped into the team.

As reported by Tuttosport, Juventus are keeping a close eye on Jorginho and Emerson Palmieri. The former is contracted to Chelsea until 2023 and has an annual salary of around €6.8m net per season, a workable figure for the Bianconeri considering that they can take advantage of the Growth Decree.

The latter has never left the Bianconeri’s radar, consistently proving to be a favourite of the Juventus management. Emerson is currently on loan with French side Lyon but a move to the Turin side may be appealing to the Italian-Brazilian, who most recently spent three years in Serie A with Roma.
