Juventus consider January swoop for Man United wantaway Martial

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Manchester United forward Anthony Martial is an option for Juventus in the January transfer window.

Juventus need a new striker as Massimiliano Allegri’s side have only scored 23 goals in 17 Serie A games this season.

Many forwards from all around Europe have been linked with a move to Turin in January, from Dusan Vlahovic to Edinson Cavani, from Mauro Icardi to Gianluca Scamacca.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Manchester United’s Anthony Martial is another option on the table for the Bianconeri.

The Frenchman wants to leave Old Trafford on loan or on a permanent deal.

His agent Philippe Lamboley confirmed earlier this week that the striker wants to go due to lack of playing time.

Juventus plot January deal for Icardi amid rumours of disagreements with Messi

“He just needs to play. He doesn’t want to stay in January and I will speak to the club soon,” he told Sky Sports UK.

Manchester United’s economic demands are quite high, so the Bianconeri would sign Martial on loan for six months, trying to sign a new striker at the end of the season.

Juventus’ signings also depend on their sales. Aaron Ramsey, Arthur and Dejan Kulusevski are on the market, but the Bianconeri are open to listening to offers for most of their players, so they can balance the books and boost their transfer budget in the winter transfer window.
