Juventus have been eliminated from the Champions League last 16 stage at Porto's hands.

Although Federico Chiesa, Matthijs de Ligt and Juan Cuadrado gave post-match interviews to Italian and international media after the game, many of their teammates were quiet on social media after Juventus’ Champions League exit.

Fabio Capello told Sky Sport he was concerned none of the so-called "veterans", Juventus most senior players, showed up for post-match interviews after such a disappointing result.

Juan Cuadrado and Alvaro Morata were the only ones to react to Juventus' Champions League exit on social media.

"Sadness disappointment at not having qualified, but with faith in God that sadness will become joy. That was His will. Now more united than ever," the Colombian wrote on Instagram.

Former Juventus star Miralem Pjanic commented the post saying: "Stay strong, brother."

Morata published a story where he wrote, "for better or worse, always Forza Juve."
