The midfielder only turned 18 today, but Globoesporte claims that the Bianconeri have made an initial bid, though it is not clear whether the €15m would be up front, or made up of bonuses.

“We know that Fluminense are going through a difficult financial situation,” Marcos Antonio da Silva revealed.
“I think if Juventus get a bit closer to the amount requested by the club then their negotiating position will be strengthened.
