Napoli’s Europa League elimination means we now have a date for their rescheduled Serie A match with Juventus, on March 17.
The Week 3 fixture was originally set for October 4, 2020 and called off when Napoli didn’t travel due to COVID cases.
They were docked a point and given an automatic 3-0 defeat for not sticking to the COVID protocol, but won on appeal, meaning the game now has to be played.
This created a new problem, as the fixture list was so packed that it was impossible to find a date to reorganise it.
