Juventus met with Paul Pogba’s agents on Monday ahead of a potential free transfer to the Turin side.

The France international is expected to leave Manchester United at the end of the season when his contract expires.

And Juve, who Pogba left to join United in 2016, are among the frontrunners for his signature.

A delegation for the Bianconeri met with Rafaela Pimenta, who has worked as a long-time lawyer for agent Mino Raiola.

Pogba started his professional career with United, making his professional debut in 2011 but left to join Juve on a free transfer at the end of that campaign.

He was with Juve for four seasons, winning Serie A in each season, the Coppa Italia twice and was part of the side which lost 3-1 to Barcelona in the 2015 Champions League final in Berlin.

Pogba left to re-join United in a then world-record €105 million transfer in 2016 and has won the League Cup and Europa League during his time at Old Trafford.

  1. With a bounty of money that we will give him, we can afford 3-4 players with hot prospect in the future

  2. Don’t know why Milan won’t go for him. He’s the type of marquee signing that would really show we’re back. He hasn’t performed at Man U but Man U haven’t performed generally. If he came to a club like Milan where players are mostly achieving their potential he could recover his form.

  3. Yeah I crave football managers who play the game from the 1880 period lol. Omicron 2.0 slow sets my pulse racing with the 1Mbps fast ball.

  4. @Maldinis heir
Bring that type of character into a young, hard working dressing room? No thanks.
We would need to keep paying Zlatan 7m a season just to get a decent performance out of him. When they were together at Man Utd coincided with Pogba playing his best at the club, no coincidence there.
Let him go to Juve and jog through games/seasons.

  5. @fake Lord gotta do better then that. The original one always talks too long and does not space his sentences.

  6. He was a beast for Juve in his first spell, that Utd team is all over the place and has been for years, I think he will shine back in the black and white of the mighty Juve, on a free transfer only paying wages I’ll take that action l.

  7. No, please no!!! Juventus doesn’t need a player with his characteristics and attitude.

Central/dedensive midfielders: Jorginho, Rodrigo de Paul, Matteo Pessina, Patrick de Paula togheter with Locatelli.

Attacking midfielders: Nicolo Zaniolo and promote Fabio Miretti and Matías Soulé.

Wingers and crossers: Heug Min Son and Moussa Diaby togheter with Federico Chiesa.

  8. @ DB Milan Is this a Scudetti and World Cup winner you’re talking about?

The secret to Milan doing well now is Pioli’s doing a good job getting the players playing to their potential. All this talk about “attitude” is really just a good manager doing their job well.

The media representation of players is rarely accurate and people trying to judge body language usually are wide of the market. For years we heard nonsense stories about Balotelli not trying hard enough when his body language showed he was taking himself too seriously.

I don’t think anyone is questioning his ability. It’s his work ethic and attitude that are the issue. Anyone can do well when everything is going their way and they are happy.

I would not want him anywhere near our football club. He thinks he is bigger than the team. Absolute poison

  10. Basically, what Adrian said. He has poisoned the United dressing room for years, bringing him to Milan would be a disaster with so many young players. You don’t fail under so many managers if you are putting the effort in, much like Balotelli actually.

I don’t care what he won in the past. I mean, should Ibra be our starting 9 next season? He has won most trophies there are to win. Remember, Djimi Traore has a Champions League winners medal.
