Multiple reports in Italy claim Juventus won’t sell Dusan Vlahovic for less than €80m and according to Gazzetta, Chelsea intermediaries want to lower the striker’s transfer fee by including Romelu Lukaku in the deal.

The Bianconeri are expected to part company with Vlahovic in the summer. With no Champions League football in 2023-24, Juventus could miss out on circa €120m, therefore the sale of Vlahovic would help them balance the books.

Gazzetta and Tuttosport, however, claim Juventus won’t sell their star striker for less than €80m.

The pink paper claims Bayern Munich are long-time admirers of the Serbia international. However, following the departures of Hasan Salihamidzic and Oliver Kahn, Juventus are waiting for appointments of new directors at the Allianz Arena to continue negotiations.

Chelsea and Atletico Madrid are also interested in Vlahovic and have made ‘concrete offers’ through intermediaries for the 23-year-old. According to Gazzetta, neither club seem willing to match Juventus’ asking price.

The Colchoneros are reportedly open to sending Alvaro Morata back to Turin in a player-plus-cash swap deal, while Chelsea would include Lukaku in negotiations. Nevertheless, the Belgian’s move to Turin appears highly unlikely given Lukaku’s strong bond with Inter and the racist insults received by the Belgian in Turin during a Coppa Italia semi-final this past April.
