The Chile international wing-back was a regular at the World Cup this summer, but always struggled to break into the Juve first XI.
This announcement was made this afternoon during the presentation of Romulo, whose arrival from Verona effectively pushed Isla out of the squad.
The 26-year-old is expected to join QPR on loan with an option to buy for €10m (£8m).
