With Adrien Rabiot close to completing a move to Manchester United, Juventus are reportedly working hard to close out a deal for PSG’s Leandro Paredes.

The Frenchman is currently in talks with the Red Devils, who have already agreed the terms of a transfer with the Bianconeri. Rabiot is expected to complete his move to the Premier League at some point later this week, creating space in the Juventus squad for a reinforcement.

As reported by RMC Sport, Juventus have started to intensify contacts with PSG as they work to agree a deal for Paredes. The two parties have agreed to a loan with a buy option attached, and now need to iron out the economic details.

Paredes has already agreed personal terms with the Old Lady and would welcome the move to Turin, where he could possibly relaunch his career after a tough few years in Paris.

Last season, the 28-year-old Argentinian midfielder scored one goals and provided two assists in 22 appearances across all competitions.
