Multiple reports in Italy claim Juventus have identified two fans who racially abused Romelu Lukaku on Tuesday night, an adult and a minor, with the former being banned for life from the Allianz Stadium.

The Bianconeri’s Curva Sud has been closed for one match following racist insults towards Romelu Lukaku on Tuesday, in the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final against Inter in Turin.

Multiple sources in Italy, including La Repubblica, claim the Bianconeri have identified two fans who targeted Lukaku with racist remarks, an adult and a minor.

The adult fan will be banned for life from the Allianz Stadium, while the minor can’t receive the same treatment and will be ‘unwanted’ at Juventus’ home games for ten years.

Both will likely be handed an additional DASPO by the Police and be banned from all Italian stadiums for several years.

According to Repubblica, Juventus have requested the documents regarding the closure of the Curva Sud and could lodge an appeal. Earlier this week, Lazio have received a suspended one-match ban on the Curva Nord for racist and anti-Semitic chants during the Derby della Capitale against Roma as the Biancocelesi co-operated with Police to identify those responsible and made public statements trying to deter it from happening again, exactly like Juventus.

The Bianconeri could also appeal against Cuadrado’s three-match ban following a physical altercation with Samir Handanovic after the final whistle on Tuesday.
