Juventus hope Manchester United take Rabiot off their hands

Juventus are hoping Manchester United make an offer for Adrien Rabiot, as they could get €15-20m for the midfielder, who will be replaced by Paul Pogba.

When Rabiot left Paris Saint-Germain as a free agent in 2019, he was the subject of a bidding war between Juve and Manchester United that dragged on throughout the summer.

He eventually plumped for the Bianconeri, but his current contract with them expires in June 2023 and there is no intention of signing a new deal.

That is partly because Pogba is coming in as a free agent from Manchester United, but also as the France international has been deeply disappointing and is regularly picked on by fans as one of their worst performers.

The 27-year-old contributed two assists in 45 competitive games this season.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, Juve are hoping that representative Luis Ferrer can convince Manchester United to make an offer worth €15-20m to get Rabiot off their hands.

Arthur Melo is another midfielder ready to be pushed out of Turin, as Arsenal had been close to a deal in January.
