Ahead of Juventus’ meeting with Lecce at the Allianz Stadium on Wednesday evening, Massimilano Allegri’s team will keep a close eye on the performances of four of their opponent’s key players in view of the summer transfer window.

According to Il Bianconero, Morten Hjulmand has been identified as one of the potential options to bolster Juve’s midfield options after an impressive season in the middle of the park.

The 23-year-old Lecce captain has put in a series of disciplined performances this year, he often shows levels of maturity beyond his years and could soon be in line for a call-up to the Denmark national team.

Also under observation will be goalkeeper Wladimiro Falcone, who is currently on his eighth different loan spell away from parent club Sampdoria, where he has previously registered 28 league appearances.

21-year-old midfielder Joan Gonzalez has also been mentioned in connection to Juventus by Il Bianconero. The former Barcelona academy player has become a mainstay in midfield under Marco Baroni, having featured in 31 of a possible 32 Serie A matches this season.

One who is unlikely to be involved against Juventus, but is still admired by the Old Lady is 19-year-old Daniel Samek. The versatile Czech youth international is yet to feature for the Lecce first team, but has previously been linked with a move to join Juventus’ Next Gen set-up.

A potential raid of the Giallorossi in the summer could be on the cards for Juventus.
