Juventus have Giorgio Chiellini and Kaio Jorge back for their trip to Roma, but lose Alex Sandro and Leonardo Bonucci.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday at 17.30 GMT.
Max Allegri still has a long absentee list to deal with, including Danilo, Bonucci and outcast Aaron Ramsey, who has played his last game for the Bianconeri.
Carlo Pinsoglio is the only player who still has COVID-19, as Arthur already recovered for Napoli and Chiellini is back in the squad now.
Nonetheless, Daniele Rugani is still expected to play in defence again with Matthijs de Ligt.
Alex Sandro is a new addition to the injuries, although Luca Pellegrini and Kaio Jorge return after missing the Napoli match with flu symptoms.
Juventus squad for Roma: Szczesny, Perin, Senko; De Sciglio, Chiellini, De Ligt, Cuadrado, Pellegrini, Rugani; Arthur, McKennie, Bernardeschi, Chiesa, Rabiot, Locatelli, Bentancur, Kulusevski; Morata, Dybala, Kean, Kaio Jorge, Ake
