A wounded Juventus will be desperate to return to winning ways when they host Alberto Gilardino’s Genoa this afternoon.

The match between the Bianconeri and the Rossoblu kicks off at 11.30 UK time at the Allianz Stadium in Turin.

Juventus have been in dire form over the last eight weeks, a run that’s seen them fall out of contention in the title race with Inter. Massimiliano Allegri’s side have only won one of their last seven Serie A matches, prompting the club to go into a training retreat.

The Bianconeri are unable to rely on the injured Arkadiusz Milik and Carlos Alcatraz, but the rest of the squad are available to Allegri.

Genoa have proved a resilient outfit under Gilardino this term, putting them comfortably in the mid-table ahead of the business end of the season. Their form has been a little shaky in recent weeks, with the Ligurian side winning one of their last six league outings.

The Rossoblu are without Alan Matturro, Aaron Martin and Caleb Ekuban, all sidelined with injuries.

When these two teams met back in December, Genoa held Juventus to a 1-1 draw at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.
