Juventus forward Dusan Vlahovic found the net in Serbia’s 2-0 win over Lithuania on Saturday night, scoring his first goal from open play in over a month.

The 23-year-old helped his national team beat Lithuania 2-0 in the first match of the Euro 2024 qualifiers.

He found the net in the second half, assisted by Dusan Tadic, scoring his first goal from open play in more than a month.

The last time he did so, was for Juventus in a 1-1 Europa League draw against Nantes on February 16.

The Serbia international has only scored one goal in the last eight appearances with his club, a penalty kick in the second leg of the Europa League Round of 16 against Freiburg on March 16.

The former Fiorentina striker is Juventus’ leading scorer this season with 11 goals in 28 appearances across all competitions.

Overall, he has netted 20 goals in 49 games with Juventus since his €80m transfer from Fiorentina in January 2022.
