Sky Sports Germany claim that Juventus are thinking about making a move for Bayern Munich midfielder Leon Goretzka.

The Bianconeri have been quiet so far in the summer transfer window, only completing deals for Timothy Weah and Arkadiusz Milik. They are still discussing a possible swap deal involving Dusan Vlahovic and Romelu Lukaku with Chelsea.

In the meantime, Juventus are looking around for options to bolster their midfield, having missed out on interesting targets like Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Davide Frattesi.

As reported by Sky Sports Germany, Goretzka has seemingly fallen down the pecking order at Thomas Tuchel’s Bayern and could leave the club this summer.

Manchester United are considering picking up the 28-year-old German midfielder and Juventus are also keeping an eye on his situation, wanting to give Massimiliano Allegri more reinforcements ahead of the coming campaign.

Back in 2018, when Goretzka was with Schalke, Juventus tried to bring the midfielder to Serie A but were unable to pry him from Germany.
