Juventus confirmed the 27-year-old will be out against Parma tomorrow, as he suffered a muscle injury in training today.

Dybala didn't appear for the first four games in Serie A and officially missed two through injury. But Andrea Pirlo didn’t consider him to be ready until the fifth Serie A game against Hellas Verona on October 25.

Dybala appeared for the first time in 2020-21 against Dynamo Kiev in the Champions League and has played in five out of six games in Europe.

He has since appeared in eight straight League games but was only given six minutes towards the end of the Atalanta match on Wednesday this week.

Dybala has struggled with fitness problems this term, but the latest injury setback shouldn’t be a serious problem and the Argentine is expected back against Fiorentina.

The Argentina international had a stomach problem during the first international break this season and he didn’t even travel for the second one in November.
