Juventus tried to ensure the food prepared for their Coppa Italia semi-final with Milan didn’t go to waste, so donated it to local charities.

The game was called off last night, just 24 hours before it was due to begin, due to restrictions over the Coronavirus outbreak.

Juve had prepared approximately three tons of food for the big game, between the bars and restaurants within the Juventus Stadium and the 4,— Premium Club members.

Juve had prepared approximately three tons of food for the big game, between the bars and restaurants within the Juventus Stadium and the 4,— Premium Club members.

As the food had a use-by date and would risk being thrown away, Juventus instead collected the meals together and sent them to a local charity for homeless people.
