The Curva Sud at Juventus Stadium will be closed for the curtain-raiser against Udinese, but the ban has been reduced.
The Bianconeri were handed a two-match closure of the area behind the goal after violence in the derby with Torino on April 26 last season.
The appeals court has partially accepted the appeal, reducing the ban to one game, as well as lowering the fine levied on the Old Lady from €50,000 to €30,000.

However, the Turin giants will still be without fans for the first match of the new season, though they may look to allow local children to sit in the stand, as has happened after previous closures.
