Juventus are still open to selling Dusan Vlahovic and have identified Everton striker Beto as an interesting replacement, reports suggest.

The 23-year-old Serbian striker is an expensive part of the squad in Turin and his lack of regular goals under Massimiliano Allegri has caused sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli to start thinking about possible alternatives.

Juventus were open to sending Vlahovic to Chelsea in the summer in exchange for Romelu Lukaku, but disagreements regarding his market value caused the idea to collapse. The club have been hoping to extend his contract by a year to spread out his bonuses, but the striker is seemingly unconvinced about the idea.

Pages two to seven of today’s Corriere dello Sport detail how Giuntoli has started drawing up a list of options who could replace Vlahovic at the centre of Juventus’ attack.

Whilst Alvaro Morata is Allegri’s preferred options, he would obviously not come cheap and he recently renewed his deal with Atletico.

Lille’s Jonathan David would also be too expensive, so Giuntoli has turned his attention to Beto, who switched Udinese for Everton in a deal worth around €30m. The Portuguese striker has struggled for consistent minutes with the Toffees, making his last Premier League start in September.
