Juventus have confirmed that Paulo Dybala and Daniele Rugani will be out of action for circa 10 days after muscular injuries.
The pair were both present at the J-Medical centre this morning for tests, which ruled out more serious damage such as lesions.
A statement has now been released, confirming Dybala has sustained an elongation of the semi-tendinous muscle in the left thigh.
His recovery time is estimated to be circa 10 days.
Rugani pulled out during the warm-up of Friday’s 1-1 Serie A draw with Torino and he too has been diagnosed with an elongation of the femoral bicep muscle in his left thigh.
Here too, the time expected for a full recover is circa 10 days.
That means both Dybala and Rugani are out of Tuesday’s Champions League trip to Villarreal, but also the next Serie A clash with Empoli on February 26.
Both hope to be back for the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final against Fiorentina on March 2.
