Juventus striker Federico Chiesa still feels pain in his right foot so he didn’t train with his teammates on Thursday morning.

Chiesa was accidentally hit by his teammate Alex Sandro during a training session on Wednesday, but the club medical staff did not seem worried about his condition.

However, Chiesa didn’t train with his teammates on the pitch on Thursday morning as he still felt pain in his foot. It remains to be seen if the Italy international will be involved in Friday’s training session, two days before an away game at Napoli.

Brazilian defender Danilo also trained separately today.

Chiesa has scored six goals in 22 appearances across all competitions this season, providing two assists.

His contract at the Allianz Stadium runs out in June 2025.

Juventus sit second in the Serie A table, 17 points above their next opponents, Napoli, who currently rank 9th. The Old Lady are 12 points below table leaders Inter and 11 above fifth-placed Atalanta.
