La Gazzetta dello Sport already puts pressure on Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri who will need a strong start in Serie A, knowing that Antonio Conte and Luciano Spalletti can potentially replace him.

The Italian tactician has two years left in his contract with the Old Lady but finished the last two seasons empty-handed, so club directors and fans expect him to win at least one trophy in 2023-24.

According to Gazzetta, Allegri is having a primary role in transfer decisions this summer, including parting ways with Leonardo Bonucci and selling Dusan Vlahovic for the older Romelu Lukaku.

However, this will put even more pressure on the Livorno-born coach who was picked by ex-President Andrea Agnelli two years ago.

With high-profile coaches such as Conte and Spalletti available on the market, Gazzetta suggests that Allegri will need a strong start in Serie A to avoid speculations about his future and even more pressure in the early stages of the campaign.

Juventus will start the new Serie A season away at Udinese, meeting Lazio, Atalanta, Torino and Milan in the opening ten league games of 2023-24.
