Juventus met with Eintracht Frankfurt to discuss Filip Kostic and are edging closer to an agreement set at circa €18m including bonuses.

The winger had been in advanced negotiations with West Ham United, but last night multiple Italian sources confirm his agents told the Premier League club he was no longer interested.

The Bianconeri still need to agree a transfer fee with his club, aided by the fact his contract is due to expire in June 2023.

According to Sportitalia and La Gazzetta dello Sport, the offer on the table is €12m plus €3m in bonuses, whereas Eintracht Frankfurt want €20m.

It is likely the difference can be whittled down with some performance-related add-ons and German sources are confident a deal can be done for €18m including bonuses.

Sky Sports Deutschland claim that Kostic will start tonight’s Bundesliga match against Bayern Munich, the opening fixture of the season.

The 29-year-old Serbia international helped them to win the Europa League last season with seven goals and 15 assists in 43 competitive games.
