The Federal Court of Appeals has decided to reopen sporting proceedings against Juventus in the capital gains case and handed bans to Andrea Agnelli, Fabio Paratici and more.
ANSA details how FIGC Prosecutor Giuseppe Chiné asked for the Bianconeri to be handed a nine-point penalty and for multiple current and former executives, ranging from Agnelli to Pavel Nedved, to be handed bans of varying lengths. The decision came this evening that the sporting trial would be reopened and Juventus would be handed a 15-point deduction.
Various directors are also set to receieve bans now, with Tottenham sporting director Fabio Paratici risking a 2 and a half year suspension, a two-year ban for Agnelli and Maurizio Arrivabene and an eight-month ban for Nedved. These suspensions would be extended to UEFA and FIFA, putting the Spurs director in a difficult spot.
These sanctions are not related to the Prisma investigation or it’s examination of alleged secret payment agreements between the club and their players during the early stages of the COVID pandemic.
Juventus are able to appeal the decisions, which will be explained in the coming days, to CONI’s Collegio di Garanzia.
Should be life for the damage they have all done to the hard working fans who pay their hard earned money week in week out and to get slapped in the face like this.
Why? What damage to hard working fans have they done? Very curious to hear about that?
