While Milan raised €60,000 already for Ukraine, Juventus sent buses to bring 80 refugees back to Italy from the Hungarian border.

Clubs all over the world are trying to help the war-torn population in any way they can after Russia’s invasion.

Milan unveiled a new special edition jersey designed with Andriy Shevchenko and all proceeds will go to help the people of Ukraine.

Meanwhile, Juventus announced they had sent buses to deliver items such as food, medicine and clothing to those on the border with Hungary in Zahony.

That was not all, as they decided to use the buses to bring refugees back to Italy with them.

A statement confirms these are mostly children aged from six to 14, along with some of their mothers.

These include kids who were part of the football schools in Kyiv, Kharkhiv and other areas under heavy bombardment.

Among those taking part in the 2,800km round trip were Juventus general manager Maurizio Arrivabene and the Head of the Medical Department Luca Stefanini.

The kids and their mothers have been taken to hotels near Cuneo in the Piedmont region.

  1. This makes me very proud. All those kids at academies, could be my kids. With the promise of playing for dynamo maybe one day, now dreams ruined, training facilities bombed and to make matters worse, they’re displaced in a foreign country seperated from their dads. How cruel
    But not these kids 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
    Grande Juve e Milan 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 ⚪️⚫️🔴⚫️
