Juventus have reportedly agreed a deal with Serie C side Vicenza for talented forward Tommaso Mancini, beating out Milan and Roma in the race for his signature.

The 18-year-old Italian centre forward is one of the most exciting teenage prospects in Italy, having broken into the Vicenza first team last campaign. He made nine appearances for the club, showing potential and attracting the attention of a number of top clubs around Europe.

As reported by journalist Nicolo Schira, Juventus have now closed out a deal with Vicenza for Mancini and they’re ready to tie down the talented teenager to a four-year contract. Borussia Dortmund, Milan and Roma were all also interested in the 18-year-old but couldn’t manage to iron out an agreement.

Gazzetta dello Sport’s Luca Bianchin adds that Mancini has an agreement with Juventus who are now negotiating with Vicenza.

The figures of the deal are understand to be in the ballpark of around €2.5-3m, and Juventus will now have to decide whether to integrate Mancini into their youth system or send him out on loan.
