Dusan Vlahovic is expected to make his Juventus return this week and the club are happy to have him back amid sustained interest from Arsenal and Chelsea, reports detail.
The Bianconeri spent around €80m on the Serbian striker a year ago, hoping he could be the man to lead them in their post-Cristiano Ronaldo era. Vlahovic has struggled to replicate his incredible Fiorentina form with Juventus but is still a key player for Massimiliano Allegri, netting seven goals in 15 appearances across all competitions this season.
As reported by La Stampa, Vlahovic is set to return to the Juventus squad this week following his time on the sidelines. The 22-year-old has been out of action since the World Cup due to a groin issue, forcing him to miss the first three games of 2023.
The Bianconeri are also aware of the sustained interest in the Serbian striker. Both Arsenal and Chelsea have been keeping a close eye on Vlahovic for a while now and the Old Lady are aware that a market move could be made before this month’s transfer window closes. Rumours suggest the Gunners are already preparing a bid.
