Juventus will reportedly meet Paulo Dybala’s agent tomorrow and according to Tuttosport, the Old Lady may have more chances to sign Paul Pogba as a free agent if the Argentinean doesn’t extend.

Both Dybala and Pogba see their contracts expire on June 30. The Argentinean has been in talks with Juventus for a long time and negotiations will resume tomorrow. Juventus will slightly change their initial proposal, offering €10m per season, split into €7m as a fixed salary plus €3m add-ons. The original offer was €8m plus €2m bonuses.

It remains to be seen if Dybala will accept Juventus’ offer and Tuttosport analyses the possible future scenarios for the Bianconeri, if the striker doesn’t commit his future to the club.

According to the report, Juventus would have more chances to sign Pogba as a free agent in the summer if Dybala leaves. The Frenchman would still need to lower his current wages (€13m plus bonuses) to return to Turin, but it may be impossible for the Old Lady to afford both players’ salaries next season.

On the other hand, Nicolò Zaniolo is Juventus’ main transfer target in the summer regardless of Dybala’s decision. The Italy international has a lower salary and the Bianconeri will make their move at the end of the season, especially if Zaniolo doesn’t sign a contract extension with Roma in the next few months.

  1. In their current state neither has the capability to drag Juve to glory. Dybala represents the lesser of 2 evils because they won’t have to shell out a transfer fee, but I think neither is what Juve needs right now.

  2. Pogba will be much more usefull, pogba al the way!!! Dont keep that Dybala, let him go its enough

  3. How about neither?

Both are talented, but one is regularly injured and the other one has turned into a clown … AND is injured quite a bit too.

Juve need serious players, not more gimmicks.

  4. why not both and ship the likes of Rabiot, Bernardeschi, and Kean out. Do not extend Chiellini contract and replace him with Gatti

  5. @Juvenesia I feel the captain should be the one that determines when he retires. He is picking up injuries at 37 just like Deligt has at 21. If he decides its the right time, that’s fine but when playing, he is still the best defender Juve have.

  6. Say goodbye to berna; sell arthur, rabiot, make space for that young guy from genoa, and pogba.. say goodbye to dybala and bring in zaniolo, he can improve and is cheap contract.

  7. Player in
    1. Extend dybala ( if not play good sell in the next summer)
    2. Sign pogba ( if not play good sell in the next summer)
    3. Sign kessie ( if not play good sell in the next summer)
    4. Sign romagnoli ( if not play good sell in the next summer)
    5. Extend bernadeschi ( if not play good sell in the next summer , then extend kulusevski returned from tot.spurs)
    6. Sign udogie
    7. Sign zaniolo

    Player out
    1. Rabiot
    2. Alex sandro
    3. Arthur
    4. Return kean or morata

    Play for 4-2-3-1
    Coach : alegri or zidane

  8. To TA: you are stupid, no one will buy that dybala nor kessie nor ramagnoli, even for free cannot take noone, and will have to pay high salaries for useless players for long years… Already we took rubish lime rabiot and ramsey and noone didnt wanted to buy them for zero euros

  9. Every year its the same merry go-round of armchair coaches listing players in and out. And not one of you can dictate what the player’s strengths and weaknesses are, if they will be suited to Allegri’s playing style and why they should come or go. Just nonsense about playing good or bad. Reminds me of how Juve’s management has been making decisions for the past 5 years. Clueless.

  10. Juve should be signing 4 guys imo: Joao Felix, Zaniolo, Frattesi and Kramaric, recall Fagioli and Rovella and switch to 4-2-3-1.

  11. Danilo-Bonucci-De Ligt-Pellegrini
    Zakaria-Locatelli
    Zaniolo-Joao Felix-Chiesa
    Vlahovic
that starting xi is filled with quality imo

    Demiral-Rugani-Gatti-Cuadrado
    McKennie-Arthur Melo-Frattesi
    Fagioli
    Morata-Kramaric
    stacked!

  12. Pogba. Better player, and MF is in more need of an upgrade. But there are actually other players out there!
