Juventus appeal hearing begins: Who is currently present?

Juventus’ appeal hearing against the club’s -15 point deduction is currently underway at the CONI Collegio Di Garanzia and certain representatives from the Bianconeri are in attendance. 

The case is being presided over by Gabriella Palmieri Sandulli and also includes judges Vito Branca, Attilio Zimatore, Massimo Zaccheo and Dante D’Alessio, who got proceedings underway shortly after 13.30 UK time. 

Juve’s current president Gianluca Ferrero is also at the hearing, represented by lawyers Maurizio Bellacosa, Angelo Clarizia, Nino Paolantonio and Davide Sangiorgio. 

The prosecutor Giuseppe Chine was not in attendance, as the FIGC were not present in court. Attorney General of Sport Ugo Taucer, is however there at the hearing. 

Juve’s chief football officer Francesco Calvo was seen at the club’s training facility in Turin this morning. 

The hearing is expected to last two to three hours over the course of this afternoon and a verdict is expected later today, although it may take a little while longer to understand the full extent of the outcome.
