Gleison Bremer has arrived for his medical tests with Juventus following an injury suffered in the derby win over Torino.

The 25-year-old Brazilian centre back has performed decently under Massimiliano Allegri since his arrival in the summer and started in all but one of their matches across all competitions this season, only remaining on the bench for the 2-0 loss to Maccabi Haifa. Bremer played 51 minutes of the derby against Torino before coming off with a left thigh problem.

As highlighted by Calciomercato.com, Bremer will undergo a key round of tests today to determine the seriousness of his injury, and Juventus are concerned that he could be out for around two to three weeks.

The Brazilian defender could miss the Serie A clashes against Empoli and Lecce as well as the Champions League games against Benfica and Paris Saint-Germain.

Injuries are starting to pile up in Serie A as the World Cup approaches, with many blaming the incredibly packed schedule.
