Juventus have announced their squad-list for their upcoming US pre-season tour, with a number of regulars absent.

The Bianconeri will play three friendlies during their visit to America, facing Club Deportivo Guadalajara in Las Vegas on July 22, Barcelona in Dallas on July 26 and Real Madrid in Los Angeles on July 30. Their Serie A season kicks off on August 15 against Sassuolo.

Juventus have left behind a number of first team players, including Arthur, Adrien Rabiot and Aaron Ramsey. The Brazilian midfielder is officially out with an injury, but media reports suggest a move away is being worked on, and the Frenchman is absent due to “personal reasons”. Ramsey is currently in talks to terminate his contract with the club.

Other absences are injury based, like Federico Chiesa, Kaio Jorge and Mattia De Sciglio.

Below is the full Juventus squad for their US pre-season tour:

Goalkeepers: Szczesny, Pinsoglio, Perin, Garofani.

Defenders: Bremer, Danilo, Alex Sandro, Gatti, Pellegrini, Bonucci, Rugani, Barbieri.

Midfielders: Pogba, Cuadrado, Rovella, McKennie, Di Maria, Locatelli, Zakaria, Soulé, Aké, Fagioli

Forwards: Vlahovic, Kean, Cudrig, Da Graca, Compagnon.

Notable absences: Chiesa, De Sciglio, Kaio Jorge, Arthur, Pjaca, Rabiot, Ramsey, Ranocchia.

  1. Fingers crossed these 3 will be sold for a reasonable price (except Aaron). The squad looks so much better now!

  2. @Ros – ur right, however we still need to get rid of ramsey, however cant see any club buying him- lets see if he wants to go to America and join g.bale or be part of Inter miami.

Cant see him accepting a Chinese club – only clubs who can offer him same wages.

Sad not to see Miretti on the list, deserved a place over Compagnon/ Cudrig= as ake can play the wing with soule

  3. Found the answer to my own question! He was on duty with the Italian U-19 team. He’s still on holiday and will return on August 3rd.

Sadly not much time to prove himself beige the start of the season. I really hope at least 2 of 3 (Fagioli, Rovella, Miretti) make the first team.

  4. Good man @Kmac. Be great to see Arthur, Ramsey and Rabiot pushed out to make room for three you mentioned.
