Juventus have announced their final two friendlies of 2022 before Serie A resumes in January, facing Croatian club Rijeka and Belgium’s Standard Liege.

Serie A has been on a break ever since mid-November for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, which concluded last night with Argentina crowned the victors.

Italian club have been playing a series of friendly tests to keep themselves in shape and organised another two to see out 2022.

The Bianconeri will host Croatian side Rijeka on Thursday December 22 at 13.00 GMT, played at the Allianz Stadium in Turin, but behind closed doors.

Their second game against Standard Liege of Belgium will be at the same venue on Friday December 30 at 13.30 GMT, but this one will be open to the public.

Juve’s Serie A campaign resumes with a trip to Cremonese on January 4, kicking off at 17.30 GMT.

Max Allegri’s men picked up a 2-0 friendly victory away to Arsenal last week.
