Multiple outlets in Italy claim that Juventus have an agreement in place with centre-forward Arkadiusz Milik to extend his contract until the summer of 2027.

The Poland international has been out of action since May 2024 and has not appeared in a single Juventus matchday squad in 2024-25 after suffering a series of setbacks and relapses since the original knee injury.

Despite the fact that he has not registered a single appearance this season, Milik remains under contract until the summer of 2026.

Now, according to reports from the likes of La Gazzetta dello Sport and TMW, Milik will have his contract extended by a further 12 months in order to spread the cost of the remaining salary on his deal.

Milik was set to earn around €3.5m for the last season of his Juventus deal, but will now earn that same amount over a two-year period instead, keeping him tied to the club until the end of the 2026-27 campaign.

Tuesday’s reports suggest that Milik is still out of the Bianconeri project, which indicates that he is still unlikely to play a major role in the 2025-26 season.
