Nicolò Zaniolo ‘can’t guarantee’ he will remain at Galatasaray for five years and reports in Italy claim Juventus and Milan ponder bringing the ex-Roma striker back to Serie A.

Zaniolo moved to Turkey on a permanent deal from Roma in January, but speculations about a return to the Peninsula have already begun and started from the player himself.

“It is obvious that I cannot guarantee that I will stay in Turkey for five years, but as long as I am here I will always give my best,” Zaniolo told Gazzetta on Sunday.

La Gazzetta dello Sport maintains that Juventus, long-time admirers of the Italian striker, continue monitoring him in Turkey.

The Old Lady is not expected to pay Zaniolo’s €35m clause but will keep a close eye on the 23-year-old in the coming months, making a decision on his possible signing at the end of the season and after learning their fate in Serie A and European competitions with financial investigations ongoing.

Milan are also monitoring Zaniolo after entering talks with Roma and the player’s entourage in January but failing to reach an agreement with the Giallorossi.

With Brahim Diaz expected to return to Real Madrid in the summer and Rafael Leao’s future still uncertain, Tuttosport claims Zaniolo is seen as a natural fit for the defending Serie A champions, but, once again, it remains to be seen if the Rossoneri will agree to pay his release clause.
