Massimiliano Allegri’s contract with Juventus expires on June 30, 2025, two weeks before the beginning of the Club World Cup, so there are three possible scenarios for the Bianconeri and their coach, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.
Juventus have qualified for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup thanks to points earned from their previous Champions League campaigns.
However, as La Gazzetta dello Sport highlighted, the achievement raises even more questions about Allegri’s future in Turin. The Italian tactician’s contract, in fact, runs out on June 30, 2025, just two weeks before the start of the competition in the USA.
According to the pink paper, Juventus will not meet with Allegri to discuss a contract extension until they secure qualification for next season’s Champions League, but three possible scenarios emerge before their meeting.
One would see Allegri leave, the second would see Allegri continue at the club but with a lower salary, and the third would see Juventus and the coach stay together until the end of their current agreement.
However, this final option appears less likely, given that the Club World Cup will begin shortly afterwards.
Allegri deve andarsene…
