Real Madrid are trying to take back Juventus striker Alvaro Morata, but Coach Zinedine Zidane is reportedly not so keen.

The Blancos sold the striker to the Bianconeri for €20m but have a clause that would allow them to purchase him back.

However, the recent transfer ban on Real Madrid is forcing them to speed up their plans to take back Morata, to the point that they may buy him outright, in a deal independent of their buyback option.

According to Tuttosport, the environment in the Spanish capital is unanimously demanding a return of the 23-year-old, and pressure is being heaped on President Florentino Perez to effect the buy.

However, an unexpected ally for Juventus may come in the person of Real Coach Zidane.

Apparently the former French superstar believes that Morata is not quite ready for a return to Madrid yet, and is not as keen as everybody else to bring him back.
