Juve will consider Vidal fine

The midfielder, and four of his teammates, were sent home from international duty by boss Claudio Borghi this week.

The five men were axed after missing a 10pm curfew by 45 minutes after being given permission to leave Chile’s training base for a family event.

Questioned by the Gazzetta dello Sport on whether Juve would take action against the player, director general Beppe Marotta said that they were evaluating the matter.

“Once we have verified all of the facts we will then decide what action to take,” the former Sampdoria” data-scaytid=”9″>Sampdoria official noted.

“Vidal could face a financial penalty.

“However, we are waiting to receive a detailed report from Chile, we’ll speak to the player and then decide what to do.”

Vidal, signed for €10.5m from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer, has scored one goal in eight Serie A appearances for the Old Lady so far.
