The newspaper explains ‘indirect talks’ between the two clubs have already taken place and there could be more in the coming days.

However, it is warned Juve are in no rush to sign the striker as they are aware the Beneamata must resolve his future as soon as possible so a replacement can be signed.
Furthermore, the Bianconeri would still need to move on Mario Mandzukic and possibly Gonzalo Higuain and Moise Kean.
With that in mind, the Old Lady may choose to wait until the summer of 2021 and bring in the Argentine on a free transfer.
